I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT), Executive and Life Coach, Organizational Consultant, and Educator with over 25 years of clinical experience. I am also a veteran who has worked for various local DoD strategic and medical facilities. I have been a professor of Transformational Change and Organizational Development at the masters and doctoral level. I specialize in health and wellness, anxiety disorders, stress-related conditions, and overcoming obstacles to success.
